We offer flexible working arrangements for employees with caring responsibilities and the option to work remotely. Small initiatives and flexibility go a long way and are appreciated. Employees leave managers not companies, so we ensure we have an open-door policy and have daily stand-ups to collaborate, share challenges and wins to assist in supporting team motivation as well as project delivery.

  • Reflect on the job advertisements you are posting and ensure the language is appealing to the audience you wish to attract
  • Celebrate important events for various cultures
  • Align with organisation promoting workplace diversity and encouraging employee to attend these events.
  • Reconsider the job brief (searching for a unicorn) and focus on the individual you are wanting to attract, develop and retain

  • Proof read your resume and ensure you have read the job advertisement
  • Enhance your LinkedIn profile to highlight skills, experience and include a photo
