PS+C is one of Australia’s leading end-to-end ICT and digital consulting organisations, with over 400 expert consultants, and locations in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Canberra.

Founded in 2013, PS+C is listed on the ASX (PSZ) and works with many of Australia’s leading brands and government agencies. Since our formation, PS+C has acquired a number of expert consultancies, with the expressed aim of creating an Australian end-to-end ICT consultancy that understands our unique landscape and gives competitive advantage to Australian businesses.

Glenn Fielding

Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer

Glenn is a very experienced senior executive in the IT services industry and has a history of creating value through his positions at UXC Limited, DWS Limited, SMS Consulting Group, and Ingena Group Limited. He was most recently Chief Executive Officer of Professional Solutions at UXC from 2008 to 2016. He is a founding member of SMS Consulting Group and during his 13 years at SMS, he performed many senior roles including commercial management, and merger and acquisition activities. He was instrumental in setting up and running the national contracting arm of SMS. Glenn has also held senior IT management roles in banking and finance industries.


Kevin Mclaine

Chairman

Kevin has had over 20 years experience in the Australian public company market, having held senior roles at both Shomega Limited and CSG Limited. Kevin spent a number of years with GE Capital in Thailand as Managing Director of its commercial lending business. He has also been the general manager of a manufacturing facility. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Business and is a Fellow of CPA Australia and a member of the AICD.


Nigel Warren

Non Executive Director

Nigel is an experienced Director with a a Bachelor of International Business and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He has been an investment Director for Invest Australia in San Francisco, the Vice President of Sales for Equilibrium Inc. an enterprise software and Services Company and the Australian Consul-General in San Francisco. He has also held the position of Senior Trade Commissioner Latin America, based in Santiago, Chile.

Jeff Bennett

Chief Financial Officer

A highly collaborative Finance Executive (CPA) with extensive experience in all facets of finance and business within IT. Passionate and results driven in integrating businesses and collaborating at an executive level with strategic, successful acquisitions. Experience as Chairman of the Board of a publicly listed company and currently Non-Executive Direction of publicly listed company Kneo Media Ltd. A thorough understanding of the complexities involved with multinationals and companies listed on the ASX.


Kurt Hansen

Chief Executive Officer - PSC Security

Kurt is a highly experienced senior IT executive with a major emphasis on sales leadership and cyber security. Across a 30+ year IT career, he has built and transformed sales and services teams to achieve significant double digit quarterly growth and major increases in company market share. He has lead the local subsidiaries of global companies including Cisco Systems, Symbol Technologies, F5 Networks and CheckPoint Software. He was also a senior executive at Telstra responsible for the Wholesale sales division and CEO of AirData. Kurt's passion is for building profitable high performing teams.


Robert Hogeland

Managing Director - Seisma

Robert has 15 years experience and a proven track record of developing and managing businesses in the IT Services industry. In addition to working closely and strategically with a range of customers Robert has held senior positions including Group Executive of Sales where he built teams that have a passion for customer success. Robert is responsible for ensuring Seisma meet the needs of our clients and developing further opportunities for our team as Seisma continues to grow and evolve.


Corinna Reeves

Director - Glass & Co

As Director for the GLASS business, Corinna and her colleagues have joined PS&C Group to establish and grow the Brisbane business. Corinna brings over 25 years in Group Management, Business Development, Project Management and Operations Management roles within the IT, HR Consulting and Professional Service industries for both national and globally based organisations such as at Oakton, Avanade, SMS Management & Technology. As a senior client services executive her area of speciality is opening and launching services into new markets within retail, financial services, mining resources and utility industries within Queensland. Corinna believes in the lifetime value of customers and engaging with them as partners, her passion for creating teams of the future, innovation and strategy execution has resulted in a proven track record and reputation winning numerous “partner awards” for her employer.


Con Gonopoulos

Sales Director - Sacon Group

Con is a performance driven commercial and sales manager with a cross-mixture of financial and commercial business acumen, and exposure to a wide industry base. He has a proven ability to work at Board and Director level, providing the direction needed to ensure organisations and departments realise business goals, improve communication, deliver a quality service and reduce costs. Con enjoys inspiring others to greater performance, and building confidence through mentoring, coaching and training. He has the ability to influence others to achieve a common goal and skilled in managing a multi-disciplined staff to achieve desired performance and objectives.


Joshua McGrath

Managing Director - Sacon Group

Joshua is a pragmatic, versatile and commercially astute senior IT professional with substantial experience working across various industry sectors. He has held a range of Management, Advisory and Program / Project Management roles. Joshua is a Senior Manager with vast experience leading large Organizational and Transformational Programs within large multi-national organisations. His skills cover the areas of Program / Project Management, Strategic IT planning, Technology Management and Strategic Sourcing. Joshua understands the role of IT within an organisation and has a passion for ensuring it is aligned with the objectives of the business.


Mark Mantakoul

General Manager - Allcom Networks

Mark has been in the IT industry for over 20 years. Starting out in technical engineering and solutions architecture roles, Mark has been in senior management roles since 2008 and was appointed General Manager of Allcom Networks in January 2016.


Blair Gowans

General Manager - Bexton IT Services

Blair has 28 years' experience in IT, progressing from technical and management roles through to Senior Business Development roles. For the past ten years, Blair has led the successful startup and management of several IT Project Services and IT Staff Augmentation businesses.


Mark Townsend

General Manager - Coroma

With over 35 years of development and management experience, Mark has built a reputation on delivering customer focused CRM solutions for many enterprise clients. Mark is committed to building the expertise of his team through learning, development and mentorship.
Mark is passionate about creating value for our customers by providing bespoke, innovative and integrated development and deployment of the Salesforce platform. Prior to his time with PS+C, Mark has previously held roles with RXP Services, CGU, Telstra, CPA and NSI Technologies.


Michael Williamson

Group Marketing Manager

Michael is an experienced Marketing Manager in the ICT space and has over 17 years’ experience in Information Technology and Digital consulting, with experience across Design, Business Analysis, and Online Marketing. Prior to PS+C, Michael held a senior management role with RXP Services, and has consulted on a range of large scale projects for clients such as Victorian Government, Tabcorp, Coles, Sportsbet, AIG and Medibank.
